Of course, it has been a very long 27 days since i have been told to wait for enterence. Yes it is still heart breaking and i am now depressed since today was suppose to be the day I would have left from the convent. And tomorrow was suppose to be the day I enter. **tears**
However the Sisters have different plans for me at this moment, however it was God's idea as well. Of course I just returned from Magdalen College in New Hampshire. It was the longest 2 weeks of my life. Of course being in a place strange and forgien to someone can be scary, however it was hard. The rules were different from what I am use to and fear different from what the Sisters have been telling me. Evidently I have not been dressing modestly enough for Magdalen, even though the Sisters said different. I had some problems with a few of things, mainly not understanding why. After being there for 3 days I wanted to leave and so did a few others. I broke down everyday thinking about my religious family, wishing i was still entering and so forth. However it took me a week to realize why I was there. Even though by the second week of being there at Magdalen, i still wanted to return home and enter the convent. I stuck with it and still had some problems understanding, but i got through it.
After the 2 weeks were over, i was glad i went and i did have fun. i even brought home some painful "battle" marks from the sports and field trips we took. i think i counted about 6 to 10 bruises on my legs. however there was plenty of time to goof off, play pranks on eachother and to enjoy eachothers company. I did a few things that were so out of the box and things i wouldn't be able to do in the convent I would say. I ran around the girls dorm with a frog, chasing one of the counselors who hates things that are slimmy and gross looking. It was the funniest thing. Two days later to the same counselor I put a cray-fish on her head!!! That was the funniest thing ever. Everytime during sports the girls and guys breakout in a waterfight.........HEHE.......we had some local children playing with us and one of the guy couselors who had gotten me wet with his cup of water earlier in the week was going to get paid for what he did to me and for knocking me over at dinner, trying to get my dishes.......I got him so bad during the water fight it was too funny, well he chased me all over the field and hardly touched me with the water he threw at me!!! As you can see it was funny but yet fun at the same time. A few of the girls will be sending me pictures of random things, so i will post them when i get them.
